Why I would NOT take Golf Fuel


NOTE: This is MY opinion as to why MY body, will NOT take Golf Fuel. YOU must make up YOUR own mind. I highly recommend talking with YOUR doctor BEFORE you take anything! I also recommend you do your own research and formulate your own opinions. Gingko Bilboar is controversial and has had lots of press both Good, Bad and Ugly. This article was written solely by me, with links to other sources that I highly recommend you read. I am keeping my words brief, as I think that Dr. Oz does a much better job.  FYI: I redid this article from scratch so that it was readable, but making a brand new page. Thats why the link to this article is wrong. Sorry!

Acetyl-L Carnitine: This has been linked to heart issues. Dr. Oz has even spoken on this on an episode I saw. I went to his website to find his article so that I can link to it from here for you to read. See Dr. Oz's Why we were wrong about l-carnitine.  You can find L-carnitine in Red meats in high quantities, over 56mg. See also Mike Roizen, M.D., More Reasons to avoid Red Meat.

Why do I avoid Red meats? I think that animal proteins is the number one reason why We can't defeat Diabetes, Alzheimers, and other health ailments. I am 98% Vegan. I do have Dairy and Fish on occasion, but normally its when eating out where I don't have a choice.

Ginkgo Biloba: Has been found to damage the liver. The liver is a complex organ that has over 300 functions. We have not yet been able to replace this organ except with a liver transplant. There is not a pill you can take to replace the damage done to the liver. See Ginkgo Biloba Article

Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE): Ethanol is alcohol. Too much alcohol, and the body attacks your liver. DMAE has been found to reduce the life span of Quails. "It is believed that dimethylaminoethanol is methylated to produce choline in the brain. It is known that dimethylaminoethanol is processed by the liver into choline; however, the choline molecule is charged and cannot pass the blood-brain barrier. Choline: Found easily by simply eating Legumes and vegetables. Supplementation is not necessary.

Bacopa  and Huperzine A are Herbs. I think that more research needs to be done, before I'm going to take this. Why? See Ginkgo Biloba, the herb that was thought to be healthy for you, but in reality, damages the liver. No thanks!


L-Tyrosine: You can get this in high quantities in Seaweed. Its also found in Soy milk and Spinach.
