UPDATE: There was a miscommunication as to what Windows 10 does NOT come with. Allegedly, one Windows device is not included, but the other is. Windows Media Player is NOT included. No watching TV on your PC. No DVD watching on your computer without 3rd party software.
I do not wish to downgrade to a FU existence. I use both Windows crap AND 3rd party crap as Neither gives me what I want. And, VLC does not play everything flawlessly.
I NEED MY DISC DRIVE TO PLAY MY DVDS I BOUGHT LEGALLY! Yes, Windows 10 is going to get this functionality eventually. But, I also have a mp3 player that REQUIRES WMP! What the bloody hell do I do with it? SUE WINDOWS FOR MAKING MY MP3 PLAYER NULL AND VOID! (Really? They took it out, and do not seem to eager to put it back in. Cheaper for them if they don't. One less thing to break.)
Scenario: You buy Hal Leonards Guitar course with DVD. You get home and find that your laptop can't play it because it doesn't have a DVD player.
Scenario: You want to buy the latest HD DVD and play it while on the go. But, you can't because THE BLOODY RICH DON'T WANT YOUR LAPTOPS TO HAVE DVD SLOTS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY. I don't give a rats arse about their bottom line. (They also think that we get everything online and download and do not use slots. I do. I like to back up things on CD and play it in my car too.)
Hey, want to shut me up? PAY ME $1 BILLION and I'll shut up. I will also take that money, and start my own Computer company that would include Software, Operating Systems, Desktops and Laptops. I would also start my own Gaming company as well. I will have it as my sole goal to be so popular that you go out of business. Is this a threat? Whoa! Hold your horses!
Reality Check: I still have FAS. I will only be as successful as my employees because the only thing I am capable of, is being the ideas person - period! And, I am not extorting money out of you. I am not threatening you. All I am saying is that I am the ideas person who will keep writing my ideas on this blog until I either get enough money to solve the problems - or work towards a solution; or die, or somehow can no longer have the mental capacity to write these things. And yes, I am saying that if you give me money (and not necessarily $1 billion), but give me money AND help me with my ideas, guess what - maybe this blog will change.

Give me money is only to the extent that the money can be used towards a real job for me that gets me permanently off of disability and working. Thus, I would not actually accept money to just see my DWI laws passed, unless it was money put towards hotel, airfare and other cost associated with going down to the Federal government to talk to them about getting the law passed. I am not a gold digger. I am a visionary with a Mucked up brain. My Higher IQ was stolen from me. I never accepted this.

Amtrak trains and Foolish suicidal Drivers of Personal Vehicles
HEY IMBECILES! YOU ARE TO STOP AT ALL TRAIN TRACKS AND LOOK FOR TRAINS! TRAINS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO STOP AND LOOK FOR YOU! IT IS HIGH TIME THAT A NEW LAW PASSED:
1. Any driver found to have failed to stop for a train will lose their drivers license FOR LIFE of the driver.
2. They will spend 5 years in prison for pre-meditated suicide.
3. They will get counseling for suicidal tendancies and REFUSING TO GIVE RIP ABOUT TRAIN TRACK SAFETY.
4. If other people are in their vehicle, then they will get 5 additional years added ON TO their sentence for every life they endangered.
5. They will pay a million dollar fine that will be used towards making high train accident areas safer so that STUPID DRIVERS OF PERSONAL CARS CAN'T CROSS THE TRACKS.
Lets face it, we all know that you can't stop murderers from committing suicide and risking your life as well. People just expect trains to stop for them. We've become a very worship ME society where we expect EVERYONE to stop for US. This must end now! This stupidity is what gets people killed! That stupid driver nearly murdered his entire family - including HIM! He was arrogant, stupid and should lose his license for life! This is NOT a White versus Black issue. There are many drivers who did the same stunt he did, who are White, who I think should have lost their license too!
6. NO Judge will be allowed to deviate from this for any reason whatsoever. NO exceptions as this is the only way to save lives.
As if anyone would ever humour this law. Poo! Poo! Poo! They hate YOUR life and want YOU dead. If they really cared about YOUR life, you would already have seen better DWI laws. And, the Federal government would have already have raised transportation funding such that ALL Federal highways and bridges were fixed - over ten years ago! They haven't. They can't even fund YOUR child's education. This is why we need more Believers homeschooling.
Let's get this law passed! Why? It will save more lives. And, if the Federal government doesn't like th is law? Then they can fork over trillions of dollars to make ALL railroad crossing non-existent where by all vehicles will either go underneath the track or over the track, depending on the physics of the area, and which makes more sense. It is my understanding, that Burlington Northern and other train companies are trying to do this already, but they only have so much funds. And, there is 100% red tape that gets in the way, driving up the cost. The government needs to get on board and help them with this and cut ALL red tape. Thanks!
