The Fourth of July is a holiday for ALL HUNTERS AND RACIST SODS to worship their achievement in making damn sure INEQUALITY AND JUSTICE FOR ONLY THE PRIVILEGE PREVAILS!

Don't believe me? Can you, in  a wheelchair enter any business or school you want to without issues? Almost, not quite, but YEARS better!!! Can you enter any bathroom without issues? Yes, we have made improvements here, but we still have old buildings that do not need accommodation added. Instead, they are allowed to move the meetings. AND we have 90% of the population who insist that they are so handicap that they MUST use the larger bathroom because their fat arses don't fit in those tiny stalls! And these are the same bloody arses who brag about how fat they are when they are very thin (size 10 and smaller for Americans, 38 and smaller for Europe). Those with children, I get it, but I do NOT want to sit on your children's pee! Gross! Clean it up! I'm not your mother! 

Can you in a wheelchair rent anywheres or buy any home? NO YOU CAN NOT BECAUSE CONSTRUCTION EXCEPT THOSE ONLY MADE TO ACCOMMODATE IN ALL UNIT ARE PURPOSEFULLY NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE! The rich can't be bothered! 

What I mean is that unless is a high-rise built to have every single unit ONLY for those in wheelchairs, then NONE of those units will be wheelchair accessible in most cases. Some buildings do have 1 or 2 units available. The issue? It does cost money to build and keep running, an elevator. Some landlord can NOT afford this expense! In these cases, I would fully support renovating the main floor to be ramp accessible and wheelchair accessible, saving the upper floors for other use. The only issue I have with this is, my friend is in a wheelchair and has NEVER been able to visit me because my place is never wheelchair accessible by my lack of funds to afford those better buildings! Only the Rich get buildings with Elevators! 

What about those with Food allergies? I know you hate food allergy people because all they do in complain! Get over yourself as you won't ever choke on that gluten filled beef and chicken pattie you're eating! You can eat a $1 burger and not die. I can't. You get kick backs and free food. I don't! You can go to any social party, gathering, wedding, picnic, fund raiser and so on and find TONS of food you can eat, even if you don't like them! Those of us with a normal set of food allergies (excluding me, mine is ridiculous) can NOT! We have to bring our own food EVERYWHERES! I am NOT talking about me, because my list is such that I do not expect those selfish morons to accommodate. 

Where has this changed? Some sporting venues are now accommodating those who need gluten free, or are vegan or vegetarian. KUDOS TO YOU ALL FOR TRYING! YEAH! No, this doesn't help me, because I really do not tolerate onion, beef, chicken and can't have it touching my food at all. And, I can't have litelife Soy Dogs because I recently found out that I can't have fermented rice. However, I wasn't expecting accommodation, just maybe an allowance to bring in an emergency food item WITH a doctors note explaining how severely allergic I am.

When Prosecutors Ignore the Truth and Insist that Lies are the Truth

Joel Kirkpatrick was murdered twice - Once by the Serial Killer, and again when the cops and the prosecutors REFUSED to do a proper investigation and ask questions of ALL the people who should be questioned. Then, they INSISTED that only the Mother murdered, even though she had no motive, so we don't need to ask the Doctor about her injuries. She even gave a description of the killer and they REFUSED TO EVEN SEARCH FOR THE PERSON! They even had the person in custody and REFUSED TO EVEN CHECK IF HE MATCHED THE DESCRIPTION. This person was Tommy Lynn Sells. They said she was guilty the second they walked into her house and saw her! Why? Because the Son was brutally murdered in a sadistic way and SHE didn't have sadistic marking on her, so that made HER guilty! Idiots!

They did NOT ask the Doctor about mom's injuries. They INSISTED that those injuries were self inflicted and did NOT think THEY needed to ask a Doctor (who has a degree in this!) anything, as they already knew she was guilty only because she was able to fight so well, that she didn't get the same sadistic markings that her son did! Double Idiots!

What can we do about these people who don't give a rats arse about their jobs and the integrity they are suppose to bring to those jobs? Yes, people make mistakes, but even today Ed Parkinson insists that mother is guilty even though new evidence and a retrial proved her innocent! What the bloody hell does he want? To SEE the murder with his own two eyes? He is so stubborn that I would be outraged to find him on another case as I do NOT trust his judgement at all! Is his self-esteem so fragile, that he can NOT admit he made a mistake and so to save face has to insist that he was right and she is guilty? Why is his self-esteem more important than Justice and Integrity?

We do NOT need these people working in the Justice department because their attitudes and actions go against Justice, Truth and Integrity. WE need accountability for these people. And, the only way to really get accountability is if they could lose their jobs and be fired if they make obvious mistakes in their investigation and then, when new evidence materializes refuses to honour that new evidence.


What happened? The person she was describing was Tommy Lynn Sells, and the picture that was drawn,  matched him exactly. So why such injustice? When people have made up their minds that so and so is guilty, it takes an Act of God to make them see reality. In this case, God spoke and they still insisted that God was lying! The writer realized that this case probably had Tommy Lynn Sells, as the real culprit. She even wrote him. He was on DEATH ROW had NO ACCESS to Internet, TV, and so on. Why is the prosecutor insisting that Tommy Sells was only admitting to the crime because he is a serial confessor? Seriously! Really? All because you hate the mother for having a "insert horror scene here" son while she, herself avoided have the same "insert horror scene here" done to her? Take your manliness and cut it down a few notches! You come across as a Male chauvenistic idiot in the 1st degree!

Yes, it is true that Police ALWAYS investigate the family first, to make sure they aren't the guilty ones. This is why those who kill and want to get away with it, has a much better chance of succeeding, if they choose families where the members can have a good motive to kill. With what I've seen in cases that have been shown on Television, choosing a victim who has a huge life insurance policy and is married will give you the best chance of pulling off the perfect crime! That life insurance policy is often considered the #1 reason why to murder. Thankfully, no murderer has figured out how to find out this information when choosing victims. (I'm wondering if I should even post this bit of info.) However, I am posting this only to prove a point - NOT  All murders are committed by the "obvious" culprit. Sometimes, who you think is the culprit is really another victim and that ALL leads must be followed and followed with integrity instead of with a biased mind that is already made up against the other victim! The mother has NO motive! The prosecutor agrees with this, I believe.

Tommy Lynn Sells - Serial Killer or Serial Confesser? They INSISTED that Tommy was a serial confessor because he is on death row, and has nothing to lose. This is ridiculous! Everyone knows that Tommy, while in death row has no access to TV, Internet and so on. Yes, I'm repeating myself. However, The Innocent Project, pointed out the falacy of the Prosecutors logic. How can he serial confess to a crime, giving details that ONLY HE WOULD KNOW when he had NO ACCESS to the details because he didn't have a TV, Internet access, and so on? This is why I want Ed Parkinson FIRED NEVER EVER EVER TO PROSECUTE AGAIN! He is a first class IDIOT WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT SAVING FACE THEN SEEKING JUSTICE! FIRE HIM! He's probably retired by now, in his cushy house, with his cushy family, not caring how he destroyed a mother!

The prosecutor and police refused to charge Tommy Lynn Sells with the crime. This is NOT necessarily bad. Yes, the case MUST be closed, and I would put Tommy Sells' name on that case. The reason why this may not be bad, is because if he is charged, then he would have to have death row status put on hold, while this case goes to court. And, because they can't reconvict the mother with the crime (double jeopardy rules), she is safe and can move on. We all know Tommy Sells is guilty - except the cops and the idiotically stupid prosecutor.

Ed Parkinson is a 100% Bloody arse who does not give a rats arse about the truth! He insists that Tommy heard something from somewheres, and had to know the nitty gritty details - including those that was NOT put on the news! What? Are serial confessors mind readers who see all the details in a crime through seances?  Mother got a new trial based on new evidence and stupid idiotic Ed Parkinson INSISTS she is guilty! What bloody evidence is he looking at? The killer ADMITTED his crime, had NO access to the details.

What can be done about this? Joel Kirkpatrick - Murdered twice by Police and a Prosecutor who REFUSED to give him justice! They have nothing to lose, as they won't ever see any real infractions if they get it wrong. I want change! I want to see these people fired. I would love to see some of them, imprisoned for the same length of time the innocent person was made to be in prison. In the mom's case, I would support this, as that picture MATCHED the killer and the Prosecutor STILL INSISTS THAT SHE IS GUILTY AND THAT THAT IMAGE ISN'T THE KILLER! HE NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED FOR HIS CRIMES AGAINST JUSTICE, INTEGRITY AND HUMANITY!

FDA means F'(bleep) Da Americans

The Food and Drug Administration wants YOU DEAD! Don't believe me? On Dr. Oz, I just found out that eight years ago, Congress learned of an alarming trend of refrigerator trucks purposefully NOT fixing the refrigeration unit or not turning it on until 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant just to save money. Congress asked FDA to do something about this and the FDA to this day has blatantly refused!

IT IS TIME THAT THE FDA WAS DISBANDED AND FIRED! THE HEAD OF THE FDA NEEDS TO BE SENTENCED TO A LIFE TIME IN PRISON FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!

I think it is time I find someone to help me with this because I think we need to  write a formal petition asking for his head on a legal platter sentencing him to prison time for his crimes against the American Citizens.

His Crimes:
1) Not doing what Congress has allegedly asked him to do in fixing the problem with the refrigeration trucks bringing spoiled food to our restaurants and grocery stores.

2) Insisting that only drugs can cure and that food has no place in illness prevention.

3) Acting like the drug companies has paid him off to keep America unhealthy so that the drug companies can make more money.

4) Suing food companies for telling the truth about food and our health.

5) Preventing us from knowing the truth about our food on our food labels.

6) FDA allows calorie counts to be off by 20%.  How can we get healthy with this level of incompetitence? Overweight is a contributing factor to diabetes.

7) Preventing those with food allergies and intolerances from knowing what is really in our foods and how they are prepared when it comes to food we buy at the grocery store. (Restaurants are very good at informing us if they are allergy aware.)

8) Allowing restaurants to only pay a token fine for their incompetence instead of shutting down the restaurants that should have been shut down long ago for having unclean kitchens (and I'm not talking about a little grey around the table legs), serving spoiled food and other health violations.

9) BANNING THE VEGAN DIET FROM BEING TOUTED AS A CURE FOR TYPE II DIABETES. The PCRN Researchers have proven that the strict, healthy version of the Vegan diet, actually reversed Type II  Diabetes such that the diabetics were forced off their meds by their non-vegan doctors as those meds were no longer needed.

The FDA still thinks that 100% of all diabetes needs a pill. Cancer needs a pill. Food can not help prevent Cancer. The  FDA is evil and ancient in their evil lies to the public. They need to be fired!

Why are Christians so ignorant of the Book of Numbers?

The Bible Series may be number 1 in ratings, but they are also number 1 for historical inaccuracy where Judaic clothing is concerned. Don't give a rip? Well, why not? They used many scholars and every single one of them must have been a Christian who does NOT get Numbers 15:37-38 "And Ad-nai spoke to Moshe saying, Speak to the sons of Israel and you shall tell them that they shall make tsitsit on the corners of their garments for their generations, and they shall put with the fringe of each corner a thread of blue." (The Interlinear Bible, Jay P. Green, Sr.) Why is so difficult to use a JEW for the Old Testament? At least, use a Jew to find out what Jews wore back then...at least the Sons. Jews were NEVER European wearing Europeans clothes! Tsitsit...fringes were worn. These fringes has a specific knotting and wrap pattern...a.k.a. Macrame.

WHERE IS THE TSITSIT? WHY DO YOU FOOLS INSIST THAT THIS NEVER EVER EVER BE APART OF ANY ONE OF YOU BIBLICAL DOCUMENTARIES? WHERE IS THE JEW IN YOUR BIBLE? ALL I SEE IS WHITE CHRISTIANS DENYING THE JEWS THEIR JEWISH CULTURE!

Why is this fringe so important? Read Numbers 15:39 "And it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of Ad-nai, and do them; and that you do not go about after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you usually go astray;" (The Interlinear Bible, Jay P. So why is this so important? You fools just spent many hours proving to the Jews that your god is ONLY for the white man who is NOT Jewish! The Jews think that your Jesus is ONLY for the pagans, the people who do not follow the commandments of the Torah or the Tanach. You proved that Jesus refused to do anything Jewish and that He turned His back on EVERY SINGLE THING IN THE JEWISH CUSTOMARY LAW AND TRADITIONS! Jesus actually DID speak in the Synagogue and DID celebrate Pesach....a holiday too many churches ignore! We should be remembering the Pesach EVERY SINGLE YEAR and at Pesach time and NOT the Easter White Man Service.

Why do I call it the "White Man" service? Because it is devoid of anything Jewish. It is very white in everything it says and does. Jew was never allowed here. You changed what Jesus did in the New Testament and only support the very end of it....ignoring HOW He did it except in a few churches. Those little cool tasting wafers are NOT Biblical. However, I would also argue that the wafers need to be Gluten Free too! They aren't. Gluten people aren't allowed in your communion. This also makes me indignant. I refuse to go to your church (with one exception....I find a mate willing to go to my synagogue, then out of courtesy, I'd go to his church and keep my mouth shut.)

Midlife Crisis Warning!

Have you ever felt like you were cursed by God because of the Sins of the Fathers who were pedophiles? My own father wasn't in the usual sense of the word. But, because the thoughts were in his head, Biblically speaking, he was. Legally speaking, he wasn't. He never ever touched me. My own Grandfather (Mom's side) murdered before committing suicide. My life has been pure hell.

Yes, I am going through my mid-life crisis. I told myself I must wait until I reached the ripe old age of 50. However, I'm 48 and haven't gotten a life yet. Every time I am bubbly and look like someone you would want to meet, some self-centered bloody arse asks me out and then rejects me on my food allergies. Everyone I know has married, had KIDS, have REAL jobs, and has a successful life with LOVING people in it. What do I get? BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP,  BECAUSE YOU CAN'T WORSHIP ME! Okay, so I reject the fools because I refuse to be desperate. I try to be positive, have hope and have a bubbly life.

The result: Emotional Suicide, don't give a damn if the world dies in hell. I still care about people, but have started not caring about anyone and don't want to have anything to do with anyone. Why? Because MY GOD had the bloody right to allow self-centered bloody arses to kill me emotionally without giving one BLEEP about ME being beyond what I can take.

So what is the background story?
Realizing that I fail at EVERYTHING I attempt, and finding that I can't even manage the most simplist things in life...being a wife. I can't even get a mate, friends, kids, or anything that you take for granted because I have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and the WRONG food allergies! I am blatantly discriminated against because I am NOT like you! Also, my interest line up with England's music, sports, etc. Americans tend to HATE anything foreign.

Why MOST British Restaurants hate Coeliacs

Tradition in Britain has always been to kill those who refused to eat fish on fish day. Fortunately, the churches antiquated laws concerning forced fish eating was done away with. However, the discrimination that occurred because of this law still exist in most of Britain today. Those who were allergic to Fish, would die or starve because they were banned from eating meat on fish day. What about those who are allergic to gluten? Gluten is on fish in Britain in all the pubs. Isn't this the tradition to serve fish with gluten along with chips?

I love Gluten Fish with Chips. Problem is that no one with Coeliac can eat Gluten on Fish without committing a slow suicide. Why is British pubs so out of the loop when it comes to food allergies? Yes, there exist ONLY (that I've found online) TWO pub owners who actually serve gluten free fish - The Robinhood, and a pub south of London with 4 locations that I can't remember the name of and want to find again!

Indeed, restaurants in most of Britain do not accommodate those with food allergies at all, and refuse to do so. They insist that gluten must be had. Many pubs, however, do not even have the ability to accommodate because their kitchen lacks the resources to even cook fish without gluten. It is for this reason that most pubs hate Coeliacs. They couldn't even accommodate even if they wanted to, and can only do "no" so many times before they feel like pulling their hair out because people should KNOW what to expect at a Pub. Its a Pub for God's sake! So deal with it and bugger off! Funny that Coeliacs have money and actually pay to eat out. We would be better off pooling our funds and creating a "Normal" restaurant that discriminates against those without food allergies and then invite all those owners of those "priviledged" restaurants and all of Parliament to eat there. Then, laugh when they find nothing they can eat because they don't have the "right" food allergies". Seriously! LOL Yeah right!

The solution: We Coeliac's ban together and have sit ins at all the pubs until we get more options for our bellies. Currently, with my food allergy and intolerance list, if I can get a gluten free batter without alcohol contamination, then I have a winner. Failing this, I still won't be able to eat out in Britain hardly anywheres. Most restaurants do not accommodate people who are allergic to Meats, Poultry and Mustard/Cabbage Family and is Coeliac too. What about those who can't have Allium either, like me? Good luck! They just assume you went elsewhere. For the record, I get the same treatment in Minnesota too! However, we do have one very expensive restaurant that can accommodate me to the Nth degree. And, another restaurant that is cheaper who accommodates. Pizza Luce` and Noodles and Company. Cross-contamination is still possible, especially at Noodles and Company, but I've not gotten sick yet (but not  anaphylaxis either to  gluten!)

I have long ago decided to move to England. However, if I really wanted to eat out, I'd have to start  my own restaurant just to be accommodated. Because of this, I have decided that the best place for me to live, if I still wanted to eat out once in while, is in Greater London area, where the only Gluten Free Fish and Chips shops exist. Alas, I forget their name, but they do have four location, all in Southern England. There are some other restaurants around London that do accommodate, but in the Hertfordshire area, and in many areas outside of London, I swear they don't even know what Food allergies are! Granted this is strictly ONLINE research! Go there on foot, and see what they refuse to advertise. Some restaurants don't even have website, however, my experience has been that most places without a website are ma and pa shops that wouldn't accomodate anyways. The exceptions are the minority, and not the majority. The majority still discriminates, albeit inadvertently in most cases. They just don't know how to accommodate.

What happens if too many people get Coeliac? Who would frequent our pubs then? What about restaurants? More people are becoming diagnosed with food allergies and intolerances every day. If no one will accommodate us, we won't eat out. And, you lose even more money. Some of you will close due to lack of business. How can we have our meetings if you won't serve us? We take our business meetings elsewhere. We can't advertise by word of mouth how great you are because we think you suck pig manure and grin it in your teeth while you dis us with your refusal to learn how to accommodate us. And, I'm talking more about those who can eat allium family and less about me. No one wants to accommodate me because its beneath them to slam sloppy fish on a plate and throw chips on there without seasoning it or adding tartare sauce. You insist you must do something to it. I don't need anything done to it. I don't care if the fish splits into millions of splinters as it splatters on that plate. All I care about is that its cooked such that I won't get sick. I don't care about presentation, spices, and so on. I am just overjoyed if I can even EAT out, the very thing you bloody arses take for granted!

What do I sometimes wish? That this world would change to where food allergic are the vast majority and all you without food allergies are the minority where you throw up if you smell "allergy free food". Then you will know what it is like to be us, when you go to restaurant after restaurant and see people eating from a menu that refuses to accommodate you. You will starve and go home with knots in your stomach from hunger. Am I exaggerating? No, I am not. I've done this too many times. I  have to make almost everything from scratch. If I had a corn allergy, I wouldn't be writing this post. Why? Those with corn allergies have it even worse then me because they often react to the greenbean that touched corn. Fortunately, I've not gotten sick yet on the rare occasion I can eat out. But, I'm not anaphylacxis to dairy yet either. I just bloat up and feel like my stomach is going to pop.

Please work with Coeliac organizations to help accommodate us. We need more options besides bring the food with us in a cooler and hope no one cares we are bringing outside food into a restaurant for that business meeting. Oh wait, we eat that food in the car on the way to the business meeting and then just order water or juice. Yeah, healthy meal! Juice. Count the proteins in it. :P Or, we just sit there with our free water and you get NO MONEY from us! You prejudicial bastards!

TO BE FAIR! MOST  Chef schools, refuse to even bother with teaching about food allergies and accommodation! And most Chef schools think that Vegans are assholes who should just kill that animal and have done with it because they will never ever ever get a Vegan chef job! This attitude I hope has changed at the more popular Chef schools because Vegan restaurants are all over the place (except where I live because they just can't stay in business!)
