Yes, in the past I was rather pointed. I think that going forward I'll be rather professional and pointed in a good way instead of the way I have been pointed in the past. Why? I think I really do have something to say.

Originally I started this blog just to get junk off of my chest. However, I decided that it would be worth it to try and change society for the better and get that junk off my chest differently - by making a real difference!

Medical woes and evil Believers voting in people who want me dead or homeless

Quick! Save the evil people killing fetuses! Quick! Quick! We must be pro-life!

You? Why should I save You? Aren't you dissedabled? Isn't the church suppose to take are of you?

The church can't take care of me. I have needs and no one cares.

Is this you? Is this how you treat disabled people? Do you really think that those of us with issues have those issues because we wanted them?

Do you know that if I don't change medical providers, I will have to pay $265 - 5 times for part D meds that are Tier 3 - 5 (see Mental Illness meds, Epi-pens, etc.) when I qualify for Part D because I am Disabled and Poor! My expenses went up 50% because of evil Republicans and Christians who hate people like me! I am supposed to have a belt to tighten! I don't. Sure, I could sell my paid off townhome and be homeless where then I experience another sort of hate.

Did you know it is illegal to loiter and that it is, in effect, illegal to be homeless? Did you know that the stinking filthygreedy rich only created jobs AFTER they got evil tax breaks? When do I get a break? They can afford to go on vacation! I can't. They can afford to go overseas! I can't!

Most people do not get a living wage and those that do get a living wage, often times (but not all of these people!!!) treat us who are poor, as if we caused our own poverty and as if we are lazy! The only lazy people are the greedy rich! They are so lazy that they won't even lift a finger unless is comes with a huge tax break!

When do I get a life? Answer: After everyone I ever wanted at my wedding is dead!

This was written after my best friend had past on from cancer. I was going through a depression and feeling very lonely. I was not making B Vitamin smoothies every day either, as I had not learned that trick yet.

My other friend has MS and Alzheimer's. She'll die too.
My other friend rarely calls and is busy.

No one wants me. Something about comfort zones and meats and such.

Why the Duggars deserve Respect and NOT HATE

If I were to tell you that Lesbians under the age of 16, have molested and raped other girls, you wouldn't give a damn! Why? They were lesbians. If Gay boys did this, you still wouldn't bat an eyelash. If a 70 year old man dates, has sex, and marries a 20 year old. You wouldn't give a damn.

If a Christian makes a mistake and gets DISCIPLINED FOR IT BY HIS PARENTS AND NEVER ALLOWED TO BABYSIT OR CHANGE A DIAPER AGAIN AND IS TAKEN FOR COUNSELING AND HAS HIS ENTIRE LIFE REROUTED TO MAKE DAMN SURE HE NEVER EVER EVER GETS A CHANCE TO DO THIS EVIL AGAIN. We have 698 people who are incarcerated in Adult prisons per 100,000 people. We have around 3 bad cops who should be fired per State (averaging it out. Some states have none, other states have more.) You do the math! We should instead be trying to fight crime and PROTEST AGAINST CRIME INSTEAD OF AGAINST ALL COPS? You do the math!

Why We need to ban ALL ATHEISTIC PLAYS, OPINIONS from Public Places!

If we are trying to ban all mention of God, then I want a ban of all mention of Atheism and Atheistic beliefs because that too is a religion. Its a religion of HATE. It preaches hate any opinion that mentions a "god" or a "religion" of any kind, but especially one that mentions Jesus, HaShem or anything that is associated with the Christian or Jewish religion.

This is a country in the  USA of RELIGIOUS FREEDOM EXCEPT WHERE THE ATHEIST SAY NO!  What happened to my religious freedom? (See banning of the 10 Commandments in which our laws are based, for one example. However, there are other examples but my brain is mush right now. Sorry!)

This is a country in the USA where we used to be able to have prayer in school, nativity scenes IN school and NO ONE CARED AND NO ONE CRIED NO! What happened?

Society's Double Standards and Joshua Duggar (reposted from my FB page)

The only problem we have is a society who worships double standards. If you have a God in your life, then you are considered evil and beyond contempt if you sin in any fashion whatsoever. If you swear or watch the same p.rno atheist watch, you are considered so evil that you should be banned from society. And, if you as a young teenager experiment with sex BUT are ATHEIST, no one bats and eyelash, but if you are CHRISTIAN, then watch out! IF your parents discipline you for it and take steps so prevent you from doing this again AND WATCH YOU like a hawk, BUT have God in their lives, then SOCIETY HATES ON THEM BECAUSE THEIR CHILD DID THE SAME THING OTHER CHILDREN - experiment. 

And yes, it was a sin, what Joshua did. Joshua WAS disciplined and IS still to this day, facing consequences from WITHIN that family! They still watch him like a hawk! They are still learning what sanctions need to be put in place to help Joshua become a better person. BUT if you HATE GOD and HATE people of faith and WORSHIP immorality, drinking, going to wild parties, love swingers and so on, THEN you are worshiped and adored and people WANT to watch YOU and YOUR FILTH on TV. 

Isn't this a double standard? Believers are NOT GOD! God is God and WE are HUMAN just like YOU. We SIN just like YOU. YOU have Sin and WE have Sin. Don't like it? Then kill GOD! Oh wait, you can't. He is a spirit. You haven't managed to kill the ghosts and spirits in haunted homes, you won't ever be able to kill God. God isn't dead and He is alive. And I will praise Him and pray for those who need Him to touch their lives and WANT Him to touch their lives. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I know many people who did NOT face hell for their evil, and they should have. They are dead now. My own dad decided to take matters in his own hands and stop the evil that was passed on from generation to generation. He succeeded. He is now a God fearing man who only watches "safe" shows (safe for him in that it is less likely to trigger him). He makes sure that we know what he is doing at ALL times. The Duggars did what they could do. They learned that what they did, wasn't good enough. so they made changes. They changed WHO babysits. They make sure an adult is at home at all time and that the adult is a FEMALE. 

Truth is that I was molested by a female babysitter, who after she realized how bad she was, apologized profusely. She was clearly embarassed and made the choice that turning on her boyfriend was wrong and evil. She changed her life for the better. My dad quit reading and watching p,rno and changed for the better. 

He quit the camp because that didn't help him change. It made it worse. People make mistakes and then correct them and do what it takes to be healthier. The reality TV shows are all too often about people who don't want to change or do the right thing. They are all about drinking, and rude, lewd behaviour. Granted, not so much on TLC. 

But, I know that those reality people are NOT perfect on TLC either. They too, sin, just like you and me. Lets stop the double standards. Thanks! Windows 10 and Arrogant, stupid Laptop Makers

UPDATE: There was a miscommunication as to what Windows 10 does NOT come with. Allegedly, one Windows device is not included, but the other is. Windows Media Player is NOT included. No watching TV on your PC. No DVD watching on your computer without 3rd party software.
I do not wish to downgrade to a FU existence. I use both Windows crap AND 3rd party crap as Neither gives me what I want. And, VLC does not play everything flawlessly.

I NEED MY DISC DRIVE TO PLAY MY DVDS I BOUGHT LEGALLY! Yes, Windows 10 is going to get this functionality eventually. But, I also have a mp3 player that REQUIRES WMP! What the bloody hell do I do with it? SUE WINDOWS FOR MAKING MY MP3 PLAYER NULL AND VOID! (Really? They took it out, and do not seem to eager to put it back in. Cheaper for them if they don't. One less thing to break.)

Scenario: You buy Hal Leonards Guitar course with DVD. You get home and find that your laptop can't play it because it doesn't have a DVD player.

Scenario: You want to buy the latest HD DVD and play it while on the go. But, you can't because THE BLOODY RICH DON'T WANT YOUR LAPTOPS TO HAVE DVD SLOTS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY.  I don't give a rats arse about their bottom line. (They also think that we get everything online and download and do not use slots. I do. I like to back up things on CD and play it in my car too.)

Hey, want to shut me up? PAY ME $1 BILLION and I'll shut up. I will also take that money, and start my own Computer company that would include Software, Operating Systems, Desktops and Laptops. I would also start my own Gaming company as well. I will have it as my sole goal to be so popular that you go out of business. Is this a threat? Whoa! Hold your horses!

Reality Check: I still have FAS. I will only be as successful as my employees because the only thing I am capable of, is being the ideas person - period! And, I am not extorting money out of you. I am not threatening you. Give me money is only to the extent that the money can be used towards a real job for me that gets me permanently off of disability and working. Thus, I would not actually accept money to just see my DWI laws passed, unless it was money put towards hotel, airfare and other cost associated with going down to the Federal government to talk to them about getting the law passed. Amtrak trains and Foolish suicidal Drivers of Personal Vehicles

HEY IMBECILES! YOU ARE TO STOP AT ALL TRAIN TRACKS AND LOOK FOR TRAINS! TRAINS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO STOP AND LOOK FOR YOU! IT IS HIGH TIME THAT A NEW LAW PASSED:

1. Any driver found to have failed to stop for a train will lose their drivers license FOR LIFE of the driver.

2. They will spend 5 years in prison for pre-meditated suicide.

3. They will get counseling for suicidal tendancies and REFUSING TO GIVE RIP ABOUT TRAIN TRACK SAFETY.

4. If other people are in their vehicle, then they will get 5 additional years added ON TO their sentence for every life they endangered.

5. They will pay a million dollar fine that will be used towards making high train accident areas safer so that STUPID DRIVERS OF PERSONAL CARS CAN'T CROSS THE TRACKS.

Lets face it, we all know that you can't stop murderers from committing suicide and risking your life as well. People just expect trains to stop for them. It is my understanding, that Burlington Northern and other train companies are trying to do this already, but they only have so much funds. Tornado Lab trying to discover safer home building techniques we already have!

Why? Because NO ONE really wants to live in the solution that we already have! We worship HELL AND HORROR STORIES AND LOSING OUR LOVED ONES TO TORNADOES! Don't believe me? Do you live in a Monolithic dome? NO! Why? Because you hate their cost and hate their size OR you never heard of them.

1. Take a Monolithic dome that does NOT have outside items attached to it - like dormers, porches, and so on - and you have a house that can't be blown down by a tornado very well.

But that school was demolished in a tornado! That school had a walkway that was attached to the dome. You need a smooth surface on the outside of the dome, to keep the tornadoes from having something to hang on too.

2. There is this house in Florida made of thick concrete and steel, that is still standing even after TWO different tornadic storms leveled the entire neighbourhood.

3. There is this other dome house that is a short silo made of concrete and steel, which survived tornadic and hurricane storms. The house part is on the floor above, while the floor below, is round like a tube.

My point? We already have homes that survive tornadoes.

What don't we have? People willing to  destroy current homes in favour of these tornado proof homes. We also don't have these tornado proof homes at a cost that people can afford. The square footage of usable space is a lot less for the money you pay.

What we really need to do is research how to get a law passed the forces all homes that have been destroyed by tornadoes or storms and all new construction, to be tornado proof - aka made from  thick walled concrete and steel, with a round top instead of a more traditional roof.

Once we get this passed, we will have in the long run, less money going to rebuild homes that should never have been built in the first place. However, the biggest issue is that historical homes will be destroyed. This is why I would just wait until a tornado destroys it. You can always rebuild the home inside of a concrete dome. Yes, I know that dome will have to be huge, but it would be worth it for those homes that have extreme historical value. The obvious issue is that we only have so much land space that surrounds some of these homes.

 Why do people not want to attend church?

1. Those who react to scents are told "we don't care" by too many so-called Believers (majority). Where I attend, a person insisted on sitting in the allergy free area with her smelly perfume. She was arrogant, selfish- didn't care who she made very sick. Those believers treat us like they want us dead and not in their "privileged" heaven. My friend landed in the hospital due to asthma from all the scents around.

2. Deaf can't attend our churches because we arrogantly refuse to learn their culture and their sign language and yet we are to witness to them? Or is Salvation only for the “right” people with the “right” language, dispostion, allergies and so on? See Hitler! He did this too! He at least used a gun so that we wouldn't have to see and live this hate every single day of our lives. 

3. When you refuse to be friends outside of the Church with the “disabled”, you tell Jesus you hate Him. Cold shoulders to the -deaf, stutterer, developmental delay disorder, mentally ill, etc.

The mentally ill do NOT have demons! I do not have “sin” as the reason why God isn't healing me. He wants YOU out of YOUR comfort zone! Oops! My apoligies! We worship different "Gods". I worship Y'Shua - a Jewish God of LOVE. You worship the Fake Jesus, the god of Satan and Hate. 

Try seeing God in a God-in-a-box church? No laying on of hands, dancing, flags, and its hard to believe He is real. David worshiped in Spirit and in Truth with Dance. I only saw God in my face at a charismatic spirit-filled place of worship and was scared, and I also saw God at a Messianic Synagogue.

Will I attend a place of worship in England if God ever lets me move their? Probably not.

Why? I am tired of synagogues meeting at churches who act like asthmatics and those with the wrong allergies belong in Hell. I just don't want to fight that battle anymore! I hate it!

Besides, I can't even marry. Why? I can't worship your god. How many single men do you know are willing to give up the ChickCow for his date? Its an integrity issue! I carry an epi-pen for the poultry, but am allergic to meats as well. I keep Biblically Kosher. Why? Unlike you, I do not believe that Jesus died so that I can ignore the Old Testament because those laws can't save, therefore, I can do as I please. Jesus never corrected my thinking here about not eating pork, but DID Convict Many people who attended my Messianic Synagogue that Pork and Shellfish was wrong to eat! This isn't a salvation issue. It is an integrity issue. Either we believe that the Whole Bible is for now, or we don't. And YOU clearly do NOT believe that the ENTIRE BIBLE IS FOR NOW. Religious Freedom allows the following to happen

We who are against religious freedom where it can tell a LGBT person that they can't be served here, and also believes that all Churches should allow LGBT pastors and priests, should also support the extremely conservative and religious Christian running the Atheist society. After all, wouldn't it be discrimination against the Christian if they could not be head of the Atheist society just like the LGBT person could be head of a church?

Hear me out. I am 100% against ALL discrimination where by a person runs a PUBLIC business. That business should never be allowed to "just say no" to a LGBT couple - ever! However, I believe that a place of religious worship, should follow 100% Religious freedom at all cost. I also believe that if a business wants to only cater to non-LGBT, then they should file to be a company that ONLY serves the specific religious people that is of THEIR OWN specific faith. That means that the Bed and Breakfast who doesn't want LGBT in their business, would have to file under their "faith" and then only allow people of their same "faith" in and NO ONE else - including Atheist and Messianic Jews should be allowed. Yes, I too, would be banned. Why? Their "faith" would not be the same as my faith in most cases. I am not a Southern Baptist, Catholic, Conservative Christian, and so on. I am a Messianic Jew who has faced discrimination most times when I walk INTO a so-called Christian Church. Very few are scent free, and even fewer are allergy aware. And those that are allergy aware, normally rent from a "I hate those with allergies" type church.

Also, please do understand that I am against all discrimination no matter what, including the banning of LGBT in Bed and Breakfasts. If they want to have a civil union there, then the owner can simply hire someone else to take over the place for that period of time. And, say a prayer that says something like "Dear Lord God, Jesus Christ who died on a Cross and not a quick growing tree with a rod going across...the God who hated those who aren't holy like He is and wants to kick out of the church everyone who isn't ....the God who hated those not as privileged as I am....I do not condone this union as it is against my faith and belief in you. Please forgive those who do not know what they do. Amen. And then move along. Of course, you, the anti-LGBT, would reword the prayer to your tastes. Just saying. ;)

Personally, every single business I own will allows all people to use it - even those whose faith I am 100% against. Why? I believe that true religious freedom means that everyone should be allowed to believe how they want even if it is against my own faith. However, I am 100% against any religious being forced to change their own faith rules in order to accommodate someone else. Thus, even though they want to have Conservative Christian churches to allow Gay teachers (something I am against forcing a church to do), if this were to pass by law, then that would mean that the LGBT community would be forced to allow that LGBT hater to be a teacher at their meetings and organizations - and even head of their organization. This would be wrong on so many levels! However, I do think that having a Christian who is not racist be forced to be head of the KKK due to religious freedom does not allow discrimination, may be a good thing as the KKK may seen a change away from their hate crap. Just saying. ;)

When will children be saved from the dreaded "must be dead for 24 hours" law?

One mother lost her children to murder by her husband because the laws state that children must be gone for 24 hours and NOT FINDABLE and  DEAD before the cops can do a bloody thing for them! In other words, the evil one must be able to kill, maim, destroy and put children through unspeakable hell before the cops can intervene EVEN IF WE KNOW THAT THE EVIL ONE THE KIDS ARE WITH WILL KILL THEM!

How do we change this law? Easy! KIDNAP 100% OF ALL POLICTICIANS CHILDREN AND HIDE WITH THEM FOR 24 HOURS. Foobar2000 and why iTunes sucks Crap and should die in hell

Foobar2000 just works.
iTunes 12 is just broken.

Don't believe me? When we lost Steve Jobs, we lost a man with vision who actually gave a dam about integrity, honesty and making a product with the cost we were paying for it. Now, we can pay uber bucks to get broken lemons. Not worth it.

Take iTunes: It routinely does not recognize the iphone, and in my case the 5C. Speaking of iphones, the 6 was a thin piece of bendable crap. Enough said about that iphone.

iTunes 11 came out with a look and feel no body wanted with features missing that almost everyone wanted. iTunes 12 took that new "kill the features everyone wants" and took it one step further.

My biggest beef: The look and feel is so ew that I can't even come up with a family friendly way to say it, so I'll say it this way. Its Lika Sika Lanta!  Thats Finnish for Dirty Pig Manure. Its not Kosher, it slaps its users in the face, and tells them they aren't worth anything. I moved on to Foobar2000 and haven't looked back.

Here some grievances, many pulled off the internet (as I kept forgetting the name Coverflow), but that I fully agree with. I put everything in my words though. ;)

1. Play songs while importing or converting a CD. I never understood why the programmers needed to ban playing while importing. This feature used to exist where by you could import and play at the same time. I used to do this all the time. Windows Media Player I think still allows this.

2. ALL episodes on you-name-the-podcast must show up at all times and you can not delete them - ever. NOTE: This is considered a virus or rootkit under normal circumstances! Apple is now creating viruses and rootkits for our computers? Yes, technically they are with this behavior! If I've already listened to the podcast and I'm a uber-geek who remember everything, then I don't want to hear it again with few exceptions as I already know it. Now, what about those of us like me, who have lousy memories? Some episodes just aren't worth listening to again no matter how much of that episode we forgot.

3. Sidebar GONE, VANISHED like a very bad April Fools joke, except it isn't April, and it isn't April Fools. Instead, its another crappy idea in the interest of "stream lining because our customers are too stupid in the head to know anything". And  yes, I am deeply offended as someone who DOES have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and more brains then the lot of them put together. Programming may not be my area of savantness, but I DO know what I want and how to use it. I am not stupid like the CEO of Apple is! And he IS acting very arrogant and snobbish! (Note, that is MY opinion! See below for further proof.)

4. A blatant disregard for....yes, those with colour processing issues. They insist that YOU Dyslexic who needs a specific background colour and text colour are too stupid to use their privileged software, so they don't have to accommodate you. And YOU AUTISTIC person is too stupid to use their privileged software too, so your colour needs are not necessary for those imbeciles. Seriously? Even Foobar2000 has some choices (I've not looked at skinning it yet.) If they would simply let us skin it, we could accommodate our own needs and they could go on with their merry little "I hate you - you only need what I want" lives.

5. Coverflow is gone. Why? Apple thought it had died, so they buried it. They couldn't figure out why people were playing with a dead corpse. Oops! Apple died. Why are we still playing with it? Oh wait, I' not playing with it anymore! I moved to  Foobar2000. And yes, I do bring up iTunes from time to time, just to sync app downloads from my iphone 5C. But, I don't do iTunes music, so no loss there. Besides, HP movies and CC on iTunes wasn't that intuitive. (I might have just missed something here, and I can't be bothered to find out right now. But on the 5c iPhone, CC does work, but I forget which program I was using.)

Why isn't there more signatures? Most people either don't know about the petition OR they have moved on to other software. OR they have gave up on Apple as Apple has a history with "you are an beeping git if you think that  you need what I am not giving you. I know best what you need and want because I am your maker and I am god!" Yes, I HATE Apple's arrogance and ignorance and blatant disregard for their customer's wants and needs.

6. With itunes 11, you download a song, and one user did not find it in his library. Instead, it went into user's  purchases and then user had to download it from the cloud. I don't buy music from iTunes because the music I want I want drm free, and preferably on a CD.

7. New movies? Forget about putting them in YOUR movies folder. iTunes will insist on moving them back to Home Videos according to one user.

8. Add folder feature never worked - at least, I never got it to work. According to another user, new songs that were added would go to the recently added playlist and delete themselves from the library. Oy! Foobar2000 does not have that issue. Just saying.

So why don't I use Windows Media Player? I LOVE the skin I have on that one, and was seriously considering going back to it. BUT I really do need Radio playlists that just work AND I need to have WMP NOT change foreign song titles to [_]&$%[_] because WMP insist that we all speak English and YOU Russian, Jewish Japanese Asian do NOT exist! Actually, I've not tried Japanese music yet, but I do know for a fact that Russian titles are changed to be non-sense.



UPDATE: FOOBAR2000 They do have 1 very serious flaw that has made me NOT want to use them. If I open up a song from my computer and foobar2000 opens up to play it, Foobar2000 DELETES THE ENTIRE PLAYLIST THAT WAS UP and substitutes that song. I've lost 2 radio playlist due to this very serious bug. I had to switch my default player to WMP.

MusicBee Issue: Radio Station LOSE their Radio name and YOU can't edit it because THEY BASTARDS ban it! And they ban the radio name from even showing up! I HATE MusicBee for this reason. I need to know WHAT the radio station is that I'm clicking on in my playlist.

Hence, I am still looking for a MusicSoftware that works.

How to MuRdeR and get away with it

Yes, I will NEVER EVER watch Young, Hot & Crooked again. I do not need more fuel for my dis the bloody self-centered rich stories. Ever watch the episode about "Mr. and Mrs. Couch and their murderous son Master Couch?" (Names have been changed to protect the bloody arses I'm sure!) The Teen murder 4 people and assaulted 2 other people. The teen, and his 4 passengers walked away with NO DAMAGE whatsoever. 6 innocent people's lives were shattered! And this isn't even beginning to count the hundred that were negatively impacted by the teenager's lack of respect for others.

What was his sentence? Affluenza Defense netted him 10 years PROBATION and some sort of treatment. Fire the Judge! I know, we debar here, but I would have fired the Judge for being a snob who worshiped the rich.

If I ran this country and was that Judge: That bastard would have been sentenced to 40 years in jail with NO possibility of parole. I would have sentenced his parents to the same 40 year sentence for not giving a damn about their son and giving him rules to teach him by. And, after 40 years, put them in a special treatment center called Teen Challenge! Why? They are one of the very few treatment centers with a extremely high success rate. However, the Teen really needs behavioral therapy that is 24/7/365 as he never learned right from wrong. That Teenager may not be fixable. I wouldn't let him out in public unless I knew he actually learned right from wrong and proved that he had empathy. I don't think he does.

Senator Klobuchar and all Congressmen and Congresswoman. I humbly ask you to change FEDERAL LAW  to demand that 100% OF ALL DRUNKS WHO DRIVE be sentenced to a minimum of 2 years in prison (with NO deaths, 1st offense) and then be sentenced to TEEN CHALLENGE (no other treatment center will do) where by they must graduate. If they don't graduate in one years time, they repeat by going back to prison for 2 years and then try teen challenge again. They repeat this ad infinitum until they finally graduate from Teen Challenge.

If they murder: Then, they must spend at least 5 years in prison and then go to Teen Challenge - even on a FIRST offense! And, I'd have them in Teen Challenge for 5 years. Yes, Teen challenge would have to change things so that their program includes intense Post-Traumatic Therapy Treatment and grief counseling.

If they injure innocent victim on 1st offense and then have a 2nd DWI, I'd give them 10 years prison for not caring about other people's lives. If they murder, I'd make it 20 years. And for the one with Affluenza - I'd tack on an additional 5 years of Boot Camp BEFORE Teen Challenge just to help them learn discipline and consequence.

Third DWI - Slam them in prison for life. They don't care about our life. We don't care about their life. But instead of a normal prison. I'd commit them to a psych ward for the criminally depressed. Could they get out? In theory, yes - if they fully rehabilitate after being in the program for 30 years. You do the math 20 + 30 = 50 years in the system and it only took 3 times to win 50 years of Government sponsored housing. The rich that drink and drive deserve this housing of concrete hell. They put my life through hell. What goes around comes around. Its time it came around for them too.

Just keep in mind I'm not capable of violence. This is why I write this blog - under the delusion that maybe someone who can actually MAKE A DIFFERENCE will read this get laws changed! The only violence you'll ever see me make is the pen to paper. I can be acerbic but its for a greater good as soft, kind words has never worked for me. People just don't take me seriously.

Oh yes, I think this is clear enough. The Affluenza defense basically means that I AM BLOODY RICH AND CAN MURDER AND DRINK AND DRIVE ALL I WANT AND NEVER DO TIME. I still think that those behind this law, should do time with the poor people in prison just to know what its like. And keep them in their for life. THE Ultimate Solution to SSDI, Welfare, Arrears and Joblessness

UPDATE: itunes DOES now stop alphabetizing my radio playlists! I do not know which version of iTunes (11.x or 12.x as I don't use iTunes anymore). 
Also winamp is dead, songbird is dead and nightingale isn't really looking too active either. foobar2000 still seems active, but has its own issues. We need a programmer to step up to the plate and make a software that does what everyone wants. Thanks!

Browsing this thread (see link above to read the thread I refer to here) tells me that the vast majority of users HATE VEHEMENTLY iTunes 11.

From a "Other Ability/Proability-Disability" point of view:

1) Never assume that colour processing disorders don't never to change background and text colour on PC, MAC and any device playing iTunes.

2) Never assume that we HATE choosing 1 song to play in infinatum repeat (hours on end).

3) Never assume that we HATE everything YOU took out of iTunes.

4) Never assume that whatever you create, change or input WE are going to worship and adore. WE DON'T!

5) Never assume that customization is for beeping whimps who don't know who their god is! I KNOW who my God is and he is NOT YOU! I have very real needs that YOU have ignored.

    a) I need to make Radio Playlist that are NOT ALPHABETIZED!

     b) I need to be able, in the PC version to change the Background colour AND the text colour to better MY processing needs.

    c) Some of us needs to CHANGE the FONT size to whatever size we need because of disabilities.

    d) Some of us needs to change the font to size 46, and have extreme colour contrast of bright yellow and black. I don't, but I did find someone who did.

    e) Skins Customization: You should know that I bought a PC because I HATE Macs assumption that YOUR customization is the ONLY customization I need for easy use. You LIE! You have NEVER known me and will never know me because your head is in the sand crying " no no no! you do not exist! I am god and I created you and I know what you need and you need my font sizes, my organization of your library and you need everything my way because I made you! Stop pretending to be Jesus and give us our customizations!

We are the users of your piece of beep. We can go buy Winamp and SKIP your junk! We vote, We have money and We have spoken. Many of us are reverting back to the old and better iTunes, even if it means we lose other stuff (account validation for example).

So, why do I not use Winamp? They do NOT allow radio playlists at all.  That is the ONLY reason why I am still on iTunes, but because I do not use Linux anymore, I'm going to see about Songbird again. iTunes 11 is not even usable. However, I would have to be honest that iTunes 10 was barely useable. I'm the idiot who needs black background and bright blue or bright purple text. I process better what I'm reading and trying to find.

.ps MY website is SO ridiculously colour processing accommodating that I even accomodate the fantasy fans! And, if someone gives me a background colour and text colour request, I make it for them. Why? Because unlike you I refuse to discriminate against anyone for any reason what so ever. The Americans with Disability Acts I take seriously! Its about time you and other  businesses did too! The following is related, referring to someone who thought his post was deleted because he posted the link to where iTunes 10 was. This is my comment to that person.  

[I guess that if they are so upset that you posted a how-to downgrade, then they might just make the downgrade not available, which might lead to another thing bootlegged across the internet. Gee! That makes so much sense! I mean, seriously, just the title of this thread is BAD P.R. The only thing they are really going to be able to do to save face, is to FIX their problem, bring back the #1 thing that everyone but me seemed to use (I still can't remember what its called  ) and just face the music. I've not looked to see if my other post is still up or not. I don't plan on posting much more after this. Nothing left to say really. I've gone back to 2 of their competitors (that aren't being named because they probably won't like it.)  ] 

Dr. Wheeler and his ALLEGED Perjury in the Court of Law

Dr. Wheeler has been paid millions of $$$ to allegedly lie in court and deny ALL Black lung sufferers the puny $1,000 a month due to black lung. No matter how black that lung is, Dr. Wheeler says the same thing....NO ONE he has seen (at John Hopkins Medical Facility) has EVER had Black Lung!

I want him arrested for allegedly lying in the court of law and denying the poor the benefits (puny shitty benefits) that they deserve! I want him to pay millions of dollars in restitution to all those families he  allegedly fucked over. I want the mining companies to pay billions of dollars for every person they  allegedly fucked over! I think it is time we stop the evil that the rich is doing to us. I want them arrested and thrown into OUR slammers and face OUR discrimination. They can sit in prison with other criminals, and face the same rules and the same lifestyle with NO privileges.
Justice should be served and it is about time the USA stopped the Rich from playing God with the Poor!
